1. Sign-up and sign-in to Raiffeisen Online
Raiffeisen Online allows you to perform banking
operations via Internet 24/7 wherever you are in the world, by accessing the
website www.raiffeisenonline.ro.

1.1. Sign-up of natural persons
In order to become a client of the Raiffeisen Online service, you must:
Be a client of Raiffeisen Bank
Own at least an active current account in RON/EUR/USD
Own an active SMART card
Execute the agreement for the activation of the service.
In order
to execute the agreement for activation of Raiffeisen Online Service, you may
contact any Raiffeisen Bank unit, where our specialists will assist you and
thus you will discover the first steps in using the service.
"Smart Card": any
debit or credit card provided with a chip, or the Raiffeisen Online card owned
by the Client with the Bank.
"Raiffeisen Online Card": the card
that may be exclusively used for the generation of sign-in and transaction
approval codes within Raiffeisen Online Service, with the help of the
card-reader.

1.2. Sign-in of natural persons
As a
result of executing the agreement, the service becomes active immediately and
you will be able to use it under full security conditions with the observance
thereof as well as of the recommendations in the user’s guide.
The first sign-in
The
following information will be used for the first sign-in to Raiffeisen Online:
-
Initial
user code (CIF): the code communicated by the specialist in the
Raiffeisen Bank unit and written in the agreement;
-
Sign-in
code generated by means of the SMART card and the card reader.
Upon the
first sign-in, you will be compulsorily required to change your User Code.
Thus, you
are able to set a preferred User Code.
For all
subsequent sign-in you will insert the User
Code and the code generated by the card reader.

1.3. Sign-in to the application
For the
sign-in to the Raiffeisen Online application, you will take the following
steps:
- 1. Access
Raiffeisen Online
- (Link from www.raiffeisen.ro or directly on www.raiffeisenonline.ro .)
- 2. Insert User Code*
- (Upon the
first sign-in, the initial User Code (CIF) communicated by the
bank and noted in the agreement is inserted. As of the second sign-in, you will
insert the User Code (CIF) that you chose.)
- 3. Press
the Continue button
- 4. Sign-in code generated with the help of the
SMART card and of the card reader
- Insert the Smart card into the card reader
- Select the Sign-in option
- Insert the PIN
- Insert the password generated by the card reader on
the screen for accessing the Raiffeisen Online application
- 5. Press
the Sign-in button
- 6. Raiffeisen
Online Service is available for you
* Attention: The user code is case sensitive
(when you insert it, you should have in mind that the type of
characters–capital or small letters–must be exactly as set during sign-in).
A possible
wrong use of one of the sign-in items for 3 times consecutively will lead to
the blocking of the respective user for security reasons. Your access will be
un-blocked by calling the telephone service made available by the Bank to the
User of Raiffeisen Online Service at 021/306.55.55 or 021/306.55.56 (Call Center
Service), available 24/7.
Attention: If you inserted the wrong
user as identification item and a correct sign-in code, for the following 2
attempts you are entitled to, you must use a new sign-in code generated by the
SMART Card. A sign-in code may be used only once in the application.

2. General aspects
2.1. Main page
After completing the steps for the sign-in to the application, the first
displayed page is the Main page,
which provides the following information:
Current date and time
Date and time of the last login to the application
Number of unread secured messages (if any)
Text for information purposes (being provided by the
bank at the bottom of the page)
The following icons are displayed in the top right corner of the main page:

: It
directs you to the main page

: It directs you to the
page with secured messages

: Print the page
-
: It directs you to
the User's Guide of Raiffeisen Online.
Four categories of menu are on the left side of the screen as follows:
"Account
services", "Operations
between own accounts", "Transfers/Payments", "Client
service" and the option "Sign-out" which
helps you to adequately sign out of the Raiffeisen Online application.
Every time you select one of the previous categories
from this menu, the component submenus will be displayed.

2.2. Secured messages
The secured messages option is a service which offers you the
opportunity to communicate with the bank in a secure manner by using text
messages. In order to visualize the received messages or to send a secured message
to the bank, you must select the envelope sign (
) which is
accessible at any time on any page. Also, if there are unread secured messages,
you are notified about them through a message existing on the main page.

2.3. Electronic confirmation
The Raiffeisen Online application generates, for each completed banking
transaction, a file called Electronic
confirmation which may be saved on your own computer, as soon as the
transaction is completed or from the menu Client Services – Online Activity for
the confirmed transactions.
In this file you can fill in your data to send potential requests to the
bank through secured means. The electronic confirmation can be saved and sent
either immediately after the completion of the transaction or subsequently. In
this latter case, you must access the Client
service menu, the option On-line
activity, where you can find the Electronic
confirmation, you fill it in and you send it to the bank.
In order to send the Electronic confirmation to the bank, you must be
signed in to Raiffeisen Online application. The Bank receives your comments
along with the transaction details, analyzes the request and contacts you
afterwards to send you the answer.

2.4. Transaction authorization
For certain categories of transactions, in order to ensure the security
necessary for the transaction of funds, an Authorization Code will be
requested.
The transaction authorization code is generated by complying with the
following steps:
Insert the Smart card in the card reader
Select the option Authorize
Insert the PIN
Insert the amount of the transaction (as indicated on
the transaction confirmation screen)
Insert the last "n" figures
in the account to which the transaction is made (as indicated in the
transaction confirmation screen)
Insert the password generated by the card reader on
the screen authorizing the transaction
Attention: Should
you insert an incorrect authorization code for 3 times consecutively in the
payment confirmation screen, your user will be blocked and will not be able to
perform transactions within the current log-in session; further, you will be
able to use the service Raiffeisen Online only in order to view the
information. In order for you to carry out transactions again, you must un-log
yourself and start a new session, by logging yourself again to the Raiffeisen
Online service.

3. Transactions which may be completed through Raiffeisen Online
3.1. Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
Using this menu function, you have
the possibility to activate, as well as deactivate (if the case) , the Mobile
Banking service offered by Raiffeisen Bank, namely Raiffeisen Smart Mobile.
Note: The possibility to activate
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is available only for Raiffeisen Online
customers.
Once you have activated Raiffeisen
Smart Mobile service, via this menu, you will also have the possibility to
change the password used for accessing this application.
The activation of Raiffeisen Smart
Mobile service will be done, by following the steps below:
-
Activate/Deactivate Smart Mobile service: if the checkbox corresponding to this field is empty, this means
that for the time being, your Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is not
active ; in order to activate it, please
select the dedicated chackbox. The following fields will be displayed :
-
Authentication method: Password - display-only field, that presents the authentication method for
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service ;
-
Password: - please
establish the password that you would like to use in order to access Raiffeisen
Smart Mobile service; for security
reasons, the password must contain between 8 and 12 alphanumeric characters, at least one
digit and at least one letter. ;
-
Confirm Password: - input again the password for confirmation ;
-
-
I
agree with the Terms and Conditions: before proceeding
further with the activation of the service Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, it is
necessary to read and accept the Contractual Terms and Conditions applicable to
this service. The Contractual Terms and Conditions are posted under the form of
a link within the current screen.Thus, provided the fact that you agree with
the Terms and Conditions, please select the checkbox dedicated to this field.
Furthermore, the application will allow continuing with the activation process
for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service.
The button Submit will direct you to the
confirmation page, where you will have the possibility to review the details of
the actions that you are in course of performing.
Confirmation
Provided the fact that you agree with the data you
have input previously and that are presented on this screen, please press the
button Confirm in order to finalize the operation of activating
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service.
If
you want to modify the data you have input previously, please press the button Cancel and this way you will go back to
the input screen.
Result
The Result screen informs you about the way the
operation of activating the service Raiffeisen Smart Mobile has finalized. Provided
the fact that the activation of this service has been done sucessfully, you
have the possibility to press the button Continue and you will be automatically
redirected to the Manage Templates screen. By the means of this screen, you
have the possibility to define and manage payment templates , in order to use
them further on via Smart Mobile service. For details in this respect, please
consult the 4.7.Manage Templates, within the present User Guide.
For the de-activation of the service Raiffeisen
Smart Mobile, please go through the following steps :
-
Activate/Deactivate Smart Mobile service : if the checkbox corresponding to this field is selected,
this means that for the time being, your Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is
active; in order to deactivate it,
please deselect the dedicated checkbox. Once you have deselected the checkbox, the other fields on the screen
will dissappear.
The
button Submit will direct you to the
confirmation page, where you will have the possibility to review the details of
the actions that you are in course of performing, namely the deactivation of
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service.
Confirmation
Provided the fact that you want to continue with the
deactivation of the service Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, please press the button Confirm .
If
you do not want to finalize this action,
please press the button Cancel and
this way you will go back to the input screen.
Result
The result screen will inform you about the way the operation of
deactivating Raiffeisen Smart Mobile has finalized.
If you
want to modify the password used for the authentication within Raiffeisen Smart
Mobile service, please undertake the following actions :
Activate/Deactivate Smart Mobile service: if the checkbox corresponding to this field is selected, this
means that for the time being, your Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is active
and this way you can modify the password you have established previously for
accessing this service.
Authentication method: Password - display-only field that presents the authentication method
used for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile ;

Set/Change Password: in order to set a new password, please select the dedicated
checkbox ; once you have selected
the respective checkbox, 2 new fields will be displayed on the page,
namely :
-
Password: - please
establish the new password that you would like to use in order to access
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service; the
password must obey the same security algorithm, meaning that it has to contain
between 8 and 12 alphanumeric
characters, at least one digit and at least one letter. ;
-
Confirm Password: - input again the password for confirmation ;
The
button Submit will direct you to a confirmation page, in which you will
be presented one more time the action your are in course of performing,
namely that you are in the process of
changing the password for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile.
Confirmation
If you want to continue with the action of modifying
the password, please press the button Confirm.
If you do not want to
finalize this action, it is necessary to press the button Cancel and this way you will return to the screen of inputting the
data.
Result
The screen Result will inform you about the way the action of modifying
the password for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
has finalized.
Once you have received the message that the action has been finalized
sucessfully, any subsequent authentication within Raiffeisen Smart Mobile will
be done based on this new password.

3.2. Account services
3.2.1. My Portfolio
The option My Portfolio provides the list
of the personal accounts (that you are holder of) opened with Raiffeisen Bank.
As an exception, in the case of the deposit accounts for underage persons, the
legal representative will be able to have access to these accounts by means of Raiffeisen
Online, only in order to view the balances and the transaction history of such
accounts.
In order
to view this list, you must select the submenu My Portfolio from the menu Account
Services, the first option up to the left.
The
following information is provided for each account:
Account type – product
Account number / name
Account currency
Available balance (valid for the current and savings accounts)
Current balance
You can view
further details about each and every account by a simple click on such account.
By
Raiffeisen Online, you are able to view the accounts that you mentioned in your
agreement or, at your request, all active accounts that you hold upon signing-up
for the Raiffeisen Online service.
If you requested the opening of new accounts by other channels than Raiffeisen
Online and you wish to access them by means of Raiffeisen Online, please
contact a Raiffeisen Bank unit or call the Call Center at 021/306.55.55 or 021/306.55.56
and request that such accounts be added. Thus, by means of Raiffeisen Online
you benefit from complete flexibility and you decide the accounts you wish to
access, or, on the contrary, that you wish to exclude from the application Raiffeisen Online.
Account types:
A. Current and savings accounts
The following information is displayed for the current and savings accounts:
1. Details:
IBAN account number
Number and name of the agency where the account is opened
Opening date of the account
2. Beneficiaries:
Holder/relation
of the holder towards the account: it displays the account holder and
also the name of the proxies for the respective account, if any
3. Balances:
Available balance
Current balance
Balance of the last statement of account
Overdraft limit
Total used overdraft
Total
withheld amounts (by accessing the Details button, you can visualize in
a broken-down manner the transactions retained with the payment details and
their completion date)
Transactions
during the current day
With the help of this function, by
accessing the button "Show" you will
be able to view the transactions performed during the current day in the
respective account with all the details corresponding to a statement of
account.
The provisional statement of
account is available for viewing and printing in PDF, Excel or MT942 format. Moreover, the statement of account may be
saved and archived electronically for later use.
Using this function you will be
able to see the transactions which are going to be made from the selected
account. There are displayed the following active transactions:

Future dated and recurrent transactions–with the
possibility to display or to delete them;
-
Direct Debit - ConfortaBill contract - with the
possibility to display, modify or to delete them;
-
Transactions to the loan accounts.
The
following part of the screen displays a history of the transactions regarding
the respective account, the fields below being used as selection criteria:
Date (as of - until) (DD/MM/YYYY)
Amount (from - up to)
Number of transactions
Transaction type
After you insert
the desired criteria, you must press the Submit button and the screen will display the list of the transactions which
fulfill the required criteria. For each transaction, the following information
is displayed:
Transaction date
Date when the transaction was performed
Description of the transaction
Debt: amount of the transaction, if it is a debt
transaction
Credit: amount of the transaction, if it is a
credit transaction
You can
download the transaction in .xls or .qif format by simply pressing the button
corresponding to the desired format.
At the
bottom of the page, there is an expanding list which includes all your personal
accounts.
You can
select another account and by simply pressing the "Show" button
you can view details about such account.
B. Time deposits
The
following information will be displayed for a time deposit:
1. Details
Number and name of the agency with
which the deposit is opened
Opening date of the deposit
account
Maturity date/the following
renewal date: if
there is a time deposit with a single maturity
date, then the maturity date is displayed and if there is a deposit with
renewal, the date of the following renewal of the deposit is displayed.
2. Holders
Holder / relation of the holder
towards the account: it displays the holder of the account and the name of the proxies also,
if there are any for such account.
3. Features of the time deposit
Current balance: balance of
the time deposit
Interest withheld this year: the interest that was withheld the current
year
Interest paid this year: the interest paid the current year
The following interest payment date: the date
when the next payment of interest will take place
The following payable amount
The account for the transfer of
the interest
The balance of the last statement
of account
The
following section of the screen displays the transaction history on such
account and is similar to the one for the current and savings accounts.
C. Credit
accounts
The
following information will be displayed for the credit accounts:

Loan amount: amount for which the credit was granted

amount remaining from the granted credit which was not paid yet

3.2.2. Opening a current account/savings account
By means of this function, you send the bank instructions for the opening
of current accounts or savings accounts:
The following information will be displayed:
-
Type of account: displays
current accounts in RON, EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, HUF and current and savings
accounts Super Acces Plus in RON, EUR, USD.
-
Proxy 1 (Personal Identification Number -
CNP): You can insert the Personal Identification Number of the account
proxy, belonging to a person already existing in the bank’s data base;
-
Proxy 2 (Personal Identification Number -
CNP): You can insert the Personal Identification Number of a second
account proxy, belonging to a person already existing in the bank’s data base;
-
Account alias: You can insert the current account / savings account alias for the
purpose of identifying more easily a certain account from the list of existing
accounts;
-
I agree with the Terms and Conditions for
opening a current/savings account in accordance with the selection in the
Account Type: tick if you have read and
agree with the Terms and conditions for opening a current/savings account,
namely the General Conditions for Performance Banking Operations;
-
Submit: press Submit after you selected the option above and a verification and
confirmation screen will be displayed which summarizes the details of the
current account/savings account opening transaction. The sign-in code as per
the details on the screen will be inserted.

3.2.3. Direct Debit Service–ConfortaBill (Direct Payments to Suppliers)
By this
functionality you send the bank instructions for the purpose of automatically
charging your current account with the value of the invoices issued by a
service supplier in your name or of a third party, client of supplier. Also,
you can delete or change the instructions previously sent to the bank.
Upon the
setting up a payment by the service ConfortaBill, you must select the account
which will be debited (payer account), as well as the service supplier;
afterwards, you will fill in the displayed fields with the details on your
invoice. If the invoice that you wish pay is not issued with your name, you
must tick the “Third party” and "Name of the third party" field and
fill in the remaining fields with the data of the holder of the invoice issued
by the supplier in accordance with the instructions on the screen.
You must
fill in the Maximum value of the invoice field with the maximum value deemed as representing the maximum amount of the
invoices that you can reasonably expect, taking into account the profile of
previous expenses and the conditions in the agreement with the supplier, value
up to which the bank is empowered to debit the client’s account for the
respective supplier. If the value of the invoice sent by the supplier for
payment exceeds this maximum value, the bank will not debit your account.
Important: If you
did not insert a maximum invoice value, the Bank establishes a maximum value ex
officio which appears on the screen Set-up of direct payment to suppliers–ConfortaBill.
In order
to delete or modify the instructions previously communicated to the bank, you
must access the Show active Supplier
Direct Payments button and then Submit.
All the instructions active on the selected payer account will be displayed;
each and every one of them can be deleted or modified.
You also
have the option to deactivate/activate a direct debit mandate if you want the bank not to debit the account for the
inactive period.

3.2.4. Statement of account
With the
help of such functionality, you can obtain a statement of account for one of your
current or savings accounts. From the expanding list which contains all your
accounts added within the service Raiffeisen Online, you can select the account
for which you want the statement of account.
You are
also able to use a selection criterion, selecting the start date and end date
for the time frame for which you wish the statement of account for such account
to be displayed.
Upon
selecting the display period for the statement of account, you must take into
account the following restrictions:
The commencement date cannot be before the date the
Raiffeisen Online service was activated;
The end date cannot be after the current date;
The maximum period that you can select for the purpose
of obtaining the statement of a certain account is 6 months before the current
date.
By simply
accessing the Submit button, the
application will display all statements of account generated during the period
filled in as selection criterion for the account you previously selected.
The
application also enables you to quickly view the last statement of account
generated for a certain account, by pressing "Download Last Statement".
The
statement of account may be viewed and printed in PDF or Excel format as of the
date the account is signed-up to the Raiffeisen Online application. Also, the
statement of account may be saved and archived in electronic format for
subsequent use by ticking the box next to the field "Archived File ".
The
information displayed in the statement of account downloaded by the Raiffeisen
Online application is similar to the one listed on the statement of account
provided to you by the Raiffeisen unit with which your accounts are opened and refers
to information in relation to the paid/collected amounts, the transaction date,
details regarding the beneficiary/fund manager of the financial transaction.
The
application allows you to download archived, in PDF or Excel format, multiple
account statements, if you want to download more than one account statement in
the same time. You have to select the account statements that you want to
download and then press the "Submit" button from the bottom of the
page.
If you
want to select all the account statements available for the account selected,
press "All", and if you want to cancel the selection press "None ".

3.2.5. Display active transactions
This
function allows you to display, modify or delete future dated or recurrent
transactions.
Using
the filters, you can display the transactions according:

For eachactive transaction you have the possibility to Display or Delete.

3.2.6. Apply for a debit card
Using
this function you can apply for a debit card for you or for supplementary
users.
The following information will be
displayed:
Select
Current Account: You will have to select the account which allow you
to attach a debit card;
Debit Card
Type: the list is according to the bank offer;
Debit Card
Category: you can apply for one principal card or maximum 2
supplementary cards. The supplementary cards can be attach to an account only
if that account already has a principal card;
Security
Password: it will be the password that you choose to be used
in the identification process of the card holder;
Name on
the card: It’s accepted only a combination between name and
surname of client (if the client has more).
For example: Popescu-Ionescu Maria Ioana–Name on
the card (max 25 letters) can be Ionescu Ioana;
County: You have
to choose the county in which is located the branch from where the card will be
pick uk;
Branch: From the list you have to choose the branch
from where the card will be pick uk;
I agree
with term and conditions regarding Debit Card: before you apply for a
debit card, it is necessary for you to read The Term and Conditions regarding
Debit Card. If this are accepted, the proccess of applying for a debit card can
be finished.
When you apply for a debit card
which is supplementary, there are also required:
National
ID: the national ID of the card holder;
Nationality: nationality
of the card holder;
Legal card
Id: legal card Id of the card holder;
Legal card
number: legal card number of the card holder;
First Name: first
Name of the ard holer;
Last Name: last
Name of the card holder;
Phone number: phone
number of the card holder;
Marital
Status: marital Status of the card holder;
Residency: from the
list you’ll select the declared information according to the card holder.

3.2.7. Transaction template
In the field corresponding to the insertion of data for each transaction
existing in the Raiffeisen Online application, you can save the transaction
which you are to perform as template. In case you perform such transaction
often, after saving the template you can select the template corresponding to
such transaction and thus a series of fields corresponding to such transaction
will be filled in automatically with the data saved upon the creation of the
template.
In order to create a template, you must tick the "Create New
Template " box. Automatically, the page will display a new field, "Template
Name ", next to which the "Save Template" button is located.
For the purpose of saving a template, you must fill in all the transaction
fields and then access the "Save Template" button.
Next to the field "Choose a template for this transaction",
there is an expanding list in which the Raiffeisen Online application will save
this transaction as template and then from the expanding list you will be able
to select the transaction for the purpose of completing it.
For the modification/deletion of a template, as well as for the
activation of a template in order to be used via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, please
consult the section 4.7. Manage Templates (menu Client Services – Manage
Templates).

3.3. Operations between own accounts
3.3.1. Transfer between own accounts
This
transaction is used to transfer funds between two accounts of the firm opened
with Raiffeisen Bank.
The
transaction implies the running of three screens and the filling in of the
following fields:
Data
insertion
Choose a template for this
transaction: You can select a template from the expanding list out
of those created by your user for this type of transaction;
From account: the account to be debited. You must select
the account from which the transfer will be made from an expanding list;
Into account: the account to be credited. You
must select the company’s account to which the transfer will be made from an
expanding list;
Amount: amount to
be transferred;
If you want to transfer an amount containing decimals
(e.g.: RON 100 and 21 bani), you will insert 100, the mark "Dot" and then 21,
i.e. RON 100.21.
Date of transfer (DD/MM/YYYY): the date
of the transaction (respectively of the first transfer if you want to repeat
the transaction);
Payment details: the text to be included in the description

wish the transfer to be made every 3 days etc.
Expiry date (DD/MM/YYYY): if the transfer is
performed again, you must mention the expiry date and starting with this date
the transfer will no longer be made.
The button Submit will divert you to the confirmation page where you will be
able to see the transaction details again.
Confirmation
If you agree with the transaction
details, you must press Confirm to
perform the transaction.
If you want to change the
information you must press Cancel, and
this will take you back to the data insertion page.
Result
The Result screen provides
information regarding the processing of the transaction, and in case of
repeated payments or in the future, this screen confirms successfully sending
to the bank the respective payment instructions.
For the Electronic confirmation option which will open a file with the
details of the transaction, which may be saved on your computer you must go to
the Client Service menu - Online Activity.

3.3.2. Time deposits
3.3.2.1. Set-up of time deposits
This function enables you to
set-up deposits using the Raiffeisen Online application.
The data insertion screen
displayed after accessing the function Set-up
of deposits requests:
The type of deposit intended (to be
selected from the expanding list).
The expanding list displaying the types of deposits contains simplified names
the explanation of which may be viewed by pressing the button Deposit Information.
For
instance: DEP 1 L PF DOB FLUCT CAPIT lei * lei is the Deposit in RON for one
month with fluctuating interest and capitalization of the interest;
The account from which the amount
will be transferred for transferring money into the
set-up deposit (select from the expanding list);
The amount for setting-up the deposit;
For each deposit there is a minimum amount required
for the set-up which may be viewed by pressing Deposit information, or www.raiffeisen.ro.
If you want to transfer an amount containing decimals
(e.g.: RON 100 and 21 bani), you will insert 100, the mark "Dot" and then 21, i.e. RON 100.21
The account in which the interest
will be transferred each month, for the deposits with interest
transfer (to be selected from the expanding list).
Then press Submit and a confirmation screen will be displayed; if the data is
correct, you must press Confirm.

3.3.2.2. Redemption of time deposits
This function enables you to close
down deposits in RON you have at Raiffeisen Bank (both the deposits set up by Raiffeisen
Online and those set-up by other channels (at the bank or by Raiffeisen
Direct).
The data insertion screen
displayed after accessing the function Closing
down of deposits requests that you select the following from the expanding
list:
From account – deposit account in RON you want
to close down;
Into account- your
current or savings account where the amount accumulated in deposit will be
transferred.
No deposits can be closed down
between 10 PM and 4 AM.
Then press Submit and a confirmation screen will be displayed; if the data is
correct, you must press Confirm.

3.3.3. Currency swap between own
accounts
This function enables you to make
currency swaps and cross-currency transactions between your own accounts.
The data insertion screen will
request the following information:
Choose a template for this
transaction: You can select a template from the expanding list out
of those created by your user for this type of transaction;
From account: the account from which the money will be
paid;
Into account: the
account where the money will be paid;
Currency of the transaction: represents
the currency intended to be transacted (the exchange rates on that
respective date are displayed after pressing the button "Exchange Rates");
Amount: amount to
be taken from the selected account;
Details of the payment that represents the respective transfer
Create New Template – by
ticking this box a new field will be automatically displayed, "Template
Name", and starting with that moment the inserted data may be saved as
template by accessing the "Save Template" button.
Sale and purchase of
foreign currency, indicating the exact amount in foreign currency
From account: select one of the accounts from which you
want to sell foreign currency;
Into account: select
one of your personal accounts;
Currency of the transaction: select
the currency corresponding to the foreign currency you intend to sell;
Amount: insert
the amount in foreign currency you intend to sell.
Then,
press Submit and a verification and
confirmation screen will appear, summarizing the transaction details.
If the displayed information is
correct, press Confirm.
If you want to change the information you must press Cancel, which
will take you back to the data insertion page.

3.3.4. Open investment funds
This function enables you to
subscribe for shares with Raiffeisen Asset Management investment funds.
The displayed page provides the
following fields:
Choose a template for this
transaction: You can select a template from the expanding list out
of those created by your user for this type of transaction
From account: select one of the accounts from which you
want to subscribe
Into the beneficiary’s account: you can
select the account corresponding to the investment fund that you wish to
subscribe for from the expanding list.
Amount: insert the
amount corresponding to the subscribing
Payment date: date of the
transaction (respectively of the first transfer, if the transaction is intended
to be performed again).
Subscribing
for another holder: tick if you subscribe for a third party/company – if
ticked, two fields are displayed
Personal
Identification Number (CNP) of the holder of fund units: to be
filled-in with the Personal
Identification Number (CNP) / Sole Registration Number (CUI) of the
person/company in whose name the subscribing is made
Name of
holder of fund units: the name of the person/company in whose name
the subscribing is made.
Create New Template: by ticking
this box a new field will be automatically displayed, "Template Name",
and starting with that moment the inserted data may be saved as template by
accessing the "Save Template" button
I want
this transaction to be repeated: if you want this transfer
to be performed again, you must tick the box and fill in the next sections.

you must mention the expiry date and starting with this date the transfer will

Note: If
you are subscribing for the first for each investment fund you are kindly asked
to refer to a Raiffeisen Bank unit for the issuance of the accession form.

3.4. Transfers / Payments
ATTENTION: The transactions posted in the application during the time frame 0:00-
7:00 will be processed into the accounts starting with 7:00 o’clock, and a
message will appear on the screen that displays the result of the transactions
for this purpose.

3.4.1. Intra-banking payments (into
accounts with Raiffeisen Bank)
This operation is used to transfer
funds online (both in RON and foreign currency) from a personal account to an
account of another Raiffeisen Bank client.
If you wish to pay utilities invoices, insurance policies etc. please use the
option “Invoice payment”.
The following information must be
provided:
Choose a template for this
transaction – you can select a template from the expanding list out
of those created by your user for this type of transaction.
Account: the company’s
account to be debited. You will select this account from an expanding list with
all your personal accounts
Into the beneficiary’s account: account
to be credited. If you defined the beneficiary of the transfer in the option Management of beneficiaries, you can
select its name from the expanding list. Both accounts (the personal one and
the beneficiary’s account) must be opened in the same currency. The beneficiary
account may be filled in both entirely in IBAN format within the application
and in short format: the last 10 figures of the IBAN account or the figures
after the zeros within the last 10 figures of the IBAN account. The
authorization screen will display the entire IBAN account.
Currency: From the
list choose the currency of the credited account
Paid amount: amount to
be transferred
Payment date (DD/MM/YYYY): date of
the transfer(respectively of the first transfer, if you intend to perform again
the transaction)
Payment details, line 1: details of the payment that you are to make.
The text will be included in the description section of the transaction history
of the respective account.

verification and confirmation screen will be displayed summarizing the
transaction details.
If the displayed information is
correct, the Authorization Code is inserted and Confirm button is pressed.
If you want to change the

will take you back to the data insertion page.
Note: For
payment orders in foreign currency, as well as for payment orders in RON on the
territory of Romania, the amount of which is equal or higher than EUR 50,000 or
the equivalent on the payment date, ordered by a resident Client to a
non-resident one, the resident Client will fill in and submit to the Bank the
External payment order/declaration (DPE) within maximum 10 calendar days as of the
date the payment is made.

accounts opened with other banks)
A. Inter-banking payments
in RON
By accessing this option you will
be able to make transfers in RON or foreign currency to personal accounts or of
other persons opened with other commercial banks in Romania.
The data insertion screen will

Into the beneficiary’s IBAN account: the IBAN
account number of the beneficiary to which you wish to make the transfer. If

Payment date : date when
the transfer will be made
Beneficiary fiscal identification
code: this section is filled-in only for payments to
Treasury, in accordance with the legal provisions
Name of beneficiary: the name
of the beneficiary in whose account you are making the transfer
Record number of the payment: to be
filled-in only for budgetary payments (to state treasuries), as per the legal
provisions(Note: until December 31, 2007 as per the laws in force this section
is no longer filled-in in case of budgetary payments)
Payment details Line 1 and Line 2: you can insert the description
of the payment (invoice number, subscriber code etc). If you want to pay
utilities invoices, insurance policies, etc. please use the option “Invoice
payment”
Order number of the payment: assign an
order number to keep track of the payments made by Raiffeisen Online.

By accessing this option you will
be able to make transfers to accounts in foreign currency opened with other
commercial banks in Romania or banks abroad.

request the following information for the inter-banking payments in foreign

The amount paid may be
split/detailed per transaction, filling-in for each transaction the value,
related statistic code, description of the transaction and, delivery date
and/or number with the External debt registry (public or private), as
applicable. The amount may be subject matter of several invoices, agreements, etc
to the same beneficiary.
Note: For the
payment orders in foreign currency, as well as for the payment orders in RON on
the territory of Romania, the amount of which is equal to or higher than EUR 50,000
or equivalent on the payment date, ordered by a resident Client to a
non-resident one, the resident Client shall fill-in and submit to the Bank the
External Payment Order/Declaration (DPE) within maximum 10 calendar days as of
the date the payment is made.

3.4.3. Invoice payment.
This function allows you to pay
various invoices for utilities, insurance policies etc. to the suppliers with
accounts opened with Raiffeisen Bank.
The first screen to be displayed
is the screen for inserting the data of the respective payment. The following fields
must be filled-in:

The confirmation screen summarizes
the details of the transaction and requests the insertion of Authorization Code
after the information is checked. If the information is correct, you must press Confirm to
make the transaction.
For certain suppliers the application calculates a payment confirmation code.

4. Client services
4.1. Change of user name
This option allows you to change
the User Code applied when signing
in to Raiffeisen Online Service. The change is implemented and becomes
valid immediately. Thus, after making the change and leaving
the application, you may sign in using the new User Code. Such code must have 8-12 alphanumeric characters and at
least one letter and one figure.

4.2. Change of e-mail address
By this operation you can change
the e-mail address that you provided to the bank upon execution of the
agreement. The change is implemented and becomes valid
immediately.
You must insert the new e-mail
address and press Submit.

4.3. Account nicknames
This function allows you to set a
name for each account to be displayed in the option My Portfolio. This
facility helps
you to identify and distinguish more easily your accounts without being
required to remember account numbers. You must insert the name of the account
in the Alias section and press Confirm.
Using this option, you can add,
view, modify or delete the account names.

4.4. Management of beneficiaries
4.4.1. Beneficiaries with accounts
with Raiffeisen Bank
By means of this function you are
able to save in the Raiffeisen Online application the account numbers (the last
10 digits of the IBAN code) of other Raiffeisen Bank clients, to which you frequently
transfer money.
When accessing the Intra-banking Payments option (into
accounts opened with Raiffeisen Bank) the expanding list of beneficiary
accounts will include the accounts of such beneficiaries. Moreover, you can
add, view or delete beneficiaries from the existing list.

4.4.2. Beneficiaries with accounts
in RON at other banks
By using this function you are
able to save in the Raiffeisen Online application the account numbers in IBAN
format of other bank’s clients, to which you frequently transfer money.
If you make transfers to Treasury,
you can save here the payment detail called Beneficiary Identifier from the Treasury.
When accessing the option RON Inter-banking Payments (into
accounts with other banks) the expanding list of the beneficiary accounts will indicate
the accounts of these beneficiaries, together with other payment details
(Beneficiary identifier for payments to Treasury).
Moreover, you can add, view,
modify or delete beneficiaries from the existing list.

4.4.3. Beneficiaries with accounts
in foreign currency with other banks
This function enables you to save
in the Raiffeisen Online application beneficiaries with accounts in foreign
currency opened with other banks in Romania or abroad, to which you frequently transfer
money.
When accessing the option Inter-banking payments in foreign currency (into
accounts with other banks), the expanding list of beneficiary accounts contains
the accounts of such beneficiaries, together with other payment details (Beneficiary
address/ country, name of beneficiary’s bank, Address of the beneficiary’s
bank, Swift Code).
Moreover, you may add, view,
change or delete the beneficiaries from the existing list.

4.5. On-line activity
Raiffeisen Online Service enters
in its data base each performed operation and you are able to view:
Your transactions the last 6 months displayed
depending on certain selection criteria
Your activity within such service (date and hours when
you accessed the service, options you viewed, changed or deleted, etc.)
At the same time, you may save on
your computer the Electronic
confirmation resulting from a transfer; this way you also have access to
these Confirmations after the transactions are completed.
When you perform a transaction, if
such transaction is not accompanied by a message indicating the successful
performance thereof, by accessing this function you can check whether the
transaction is processed or not. You may contact the bank at the telephone
numbers for additional information.
Between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m., payments made by Raiffeisen
Online will not debit the client’s account. On this menu, these transactions appear
with the status “Sent to the bank”.
If a payment is posted by the bank by debiting the
account, its status in the online Activity is Finalized, and the electronic
Confirmation attesting the successful finalization of the relevant payment will
be found next to the payment information. You may check whether the transaction
was made in the transaction history in “My Portfolio”.
If a payment is not posted by the bank, its status
in the online Activity is updated to Rejected, the error message attesting the cause
of the rejection being shown next to the payment information.

4.7. Manage Templates
Via this function, you have the
possibility to create a new template, to modify the payment details for an existing
payment, activate a template in order to be used from Raiffeisen Smart Mobile (
provided the fact that you have activated previously this service) and also
delete a template.
When accessing this page, the following
fields will be displayed:
Option : - please select from the
drop-down list the action that you want to perform. The default value selected
when opening this page is Active templates. The other options available for
selection are the following:

transfer own template

intrabank payments template
Create
bill payment template
Create
foreign exchange template
Create
interbank payments template
Create
international payments template
Create
RAM Online template
Furtheron, the field displayed on
the page will be adjusted accordingly, depending on the action selected in the
above mentioned list.
In the case the option selected is
Active Templates, the screen will present you all payment templates that you
have defined within the application during your on-line activity and that you
have kept active (you haven’t proceeded with their deletion). In the case that you
got Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service active, for an easier filtering of the
information displayed on the screen, you can use the option described below:
Show
Mobile Templates only: if you want to be displayed only the payment templates activated for Raiffeisen Smart
Mobile, please select the checkbox corresponding to this field. De-selecting
the dedicated checkbox will bring again on the page all he payment templates,
cancelling the previous selection referring to the display of the payments templates available to use via
Raiffeisen Smart Mobile only.
The screen will present you the
active templates, split by payment types ( eg: Intrabank payment, Bill payment,
etc), with the following available details/actions:

Name: - the field displays the name under which you have saved the respective payment
template;
-
From : - debited account;
-
To: - credited (beneficiary's account):
-
Manage-by the use
of this link, you will be redirected to a new page, where you will have the
possibility to modify the payment details corresponding to the respective
template or to perform its deletion;
- In case you have previously activated Raiffeisen
Smart Mobile service, at the level of each template, the following additional
field will be available (including their modification):
-
Mobile Available – provided the fact that the
respective template is already available for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, the
dedicated checkbox is selected; for the activation/inactivation of a payment
template in order to be used via Smart Mobile, please select/de-select the
corresponding checkbox;
-
Max limit – if the maximum limit
checkbox is selected, then the field presenting the transactioning limit for
the respective template, namely Limit (LEI), will be automatically populated
with the maximum limit defined by the Bank for the respective type of payment, for
Mobile Banking channel.
-
Limit (LEI) – if you do not want to
apply the maximum limit established by the Bank, in this field, you will have
the possibility to input manually a limit established by you, for the usage of
that respective template via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service. For security
reasons, the value input must be lower or equal with the maximum limit defined
by the Bank for the respective type of transaction for Mobile Banking channel.
This field is mandatory when activating a payment template in order to be able
to be used via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, each time that template has as beneficiary’s
account a third party’s account.
Note: For the templates
corresponding to own accounts transfer and foreign exchange, it is not
necessary to define a transactioning limit for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile. For
these two types of payments, at the level of the templates, the maximum limit
available at the Bank level, valid for each of the two operations, will be
automatically applied.
In the case that you have brought a modification at
the level of the templates that you have already defined via this page,
afterwards it is necessary to press the button Save. You will be
immediately notified with respect to the successful finalization of saving the
modifications. If the modification you have made refers to the activation of a
certain intrabank or RON interbank payment, in order to be used via Raiffeisen
Smart Mobile service, then you will be asked to authorize the operation with
the help of card-reader, in a manner absolutely identical to performing a
payment of that specific type via Raiffeisen Online.
After inputting the authorization code generated by
the card-reader device, please press the button Confirm, in order to
finalize the action. If you want to go back to the previous screen, then it is
necessary to press the button Cancel.
In the same time, in order to perform various
modifications at the level of a payment template or in order to delete it, you can
use the link Manage, placed on the screen next to each existing
template. In such a situation, you will be redirected to a new page, where all
the data you have previously input corresponding to that respective template
will be presented to you, of course, depending on that specific type of
payment: From account, To account, payment details, beneficiary’s name, the
number of the payment order, template name, etc. You will have thus the
possibility to modify any information you want from the level of that specific
template, by editing the fields displayed on the screen. Afterwards, for saving

When the modification involves the change of the beneficiary account for an
intrabank or RON interbank transfer, active for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
service, then you will be again asked for the authorization of the transaction
with the help of card-reader. In this case, please press the button Confirm, in order to finalize the action. If you and to go back to the
previous screen, please press the button Cancel.
In order to delete that specific payment template,
please action the button Delete Selected.
You will immediately receive a message that will
inform you with respect to the successful finalization of your action.
When
selecting any of the options in the available list, for creating a new template
(Create transfer own template, Create intrabank payments template, Create bill payment template, etc), you will be redirected to a new
page, where you will be asked to input where all the necessary information for
the creation of a new template, depending, of course, on that specific type of
payment. You have the possibility to decide for activating a certain template
for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, just form the moment of its creation, in
which case you have to fill in/use the additional fields in a manner similar to
the one described above: Max limit, Limit (LEI). Also, creating a
payment template that has the checkbox corresponding to the field Mobile
Available selected, you will be asked for card-reader authorization.

5. Limits of using Raiffeisen
Online
In order
to use Raiffeisen Online more safely, the Bank set-up certain limits concerning
both the use of Raiffeisen Online and the transactions carried out. These
limits are as follows:
The maximum number of incorrect sign-in attempts after
which the client’s access is blocked is 3
The number of days of validity of the password is 100
The client is informed 5 days before the expiry that
he/she must change his/her password
The inactive period of a client before being
disconnected from the Raiffeisen Online application is 15 minutes
The daily limit for currency swaps is RON 68,000 (equivalent)
The limit per transaction for currency swaps is RON 34,000 (equivalent)
The daily limit for transfers is RON 50, 000 (equivalent)
The limit per transaction for intra-banking transfers (RON/foreign
currency) is RON 30,000 (equivalent)
The limit per transaction for inter-banking transfers is RON 30,000
The limit per transaction for inter-banking transfers
in foreign currency is RON 30,000
The values above may be updated periodically
by the Bank.
The
clients that wish to transact amounts exceeding the values above, may request
on the phone the change of the limits for the use of the Raiffeisen Online service by calling the Call-Center at
021/ 306.55.55 or 021/ 306.55.56 ; the limits requested by the client are
to be modified only after their approval by the Bank.
Attention: The transaction limit for currency swaps by means of Raiffeisen
Online Service cannot be changed.
